Do you change watch batteries?

Yes we do. Watch batteries can be changed on site for as little as £5. If your watch needs to be waterproof, then we can send it to our Horologists to have it resealed.

Do you do jewellery repairs?

Yes we do. We have a Goldsmith on site who has in excess of 40 years experience.

Can you rhodium plate white gold rings?

Yes we can do them on site for £50. This process can be done instore the same day.

Do you make bespoke jewellery?

WE have an on site Goldsmith who can not only repair jewellery but also make a new item from scratch.

Can i use old pieces of Jewellery to make something new?

We can use most old items to make something new.

Do you do restringing?

-We have a restringing company that restring pearls & beeds for us. This takes roughly 7-10 days.

Can you service my watch?

We have an experienced team of Horologists that can service all brands of watch. They can replace parts, reseal and refurbish watches on an estimate basis.

Do you buy jewellery?

Occasionally we buy jewellery off customers - but to achieve the best possible price for you, we often prefer to put the item in our window and sell it on a commission basis.

Do you do engraving?

Yes we carry out most engraving in store.
